Respected Sir two of my friends have booked for the supply of Gas after the routine lapse of 21 days as prescribed by you. Even after ten days of booking no gas is supplied from the following Agency

It is regretted to point out that the lady who has been employed by the agency is very arrogant. they cut the phone cal mercilessly. always found engaged.

it is to be pointed ut that some two years back I have made complaint against the same agencies to the Genenral manager and action was taken. But now the same strategy is there and warrants deterrent punishment.
