I sent below complaint to [email protected] on 11th Aug. 09 but not received any response.

This has reference to my purchase of cookwell product. I purchased Advance Cooking System (Double Disk) through your Ahmedabad dealer - Ashutosh Marketing [Address :2nd Floor, Abhishree Complex, Opp. Star India Bazar, Satellite, Ahmedabad.] in Jan 07.
On 4th Aug. 09, we faced one problem, as one of the metal disks stopped heating. We called the same sales executive who delivered the product – Mr. Vinay Bhatia. As that person was no more associated with Ashutosh Marketing, he provided concern person’s (Mr. Vimal Vyas) cell no. 9377704440, who is in sales at Ashutosh Marketing. We talked to this person on 4th, 5th & 6th asking to solve problem. After so many false commitments [E.g. the technician will visit today, tomorrow etc.], finally we visited their office.
To be surprised further, the representative over there – Mr. Dhaval Dave tried to explain that, it is the common service policy and standards. According to him, they do not have facility of visiting customers’ place and false commitments are common in sales field. After receiving these many irresponsible answers, we asked them to check the problem. They asked us to put the product at their office and wait till next day (7th Aug 09). We received product back from their office on 7th Aug. 09. As suggested by them they replaced disk.[Note: the replaced disk was having scratches on surface] They charged Rs. 600/- and kept the old one with them.
On 8th Aug 09 we started operating cook well again. The humming was gone with the nob at the side of replaced disk. The temperature controller’s setting was tempered, as that disk stops heating without reaching certain level of heat as compared to other disk.
I was satisfied customer till 3rd August 09. But this experience changed image completely. It can bring down the value of organization very low in the market.
