Hi,
I am a member of a cooperative housing society in Bandra, Mumbai. In our building almost everybody have converted their one bedroom flats into two, pull-down walls between hall and passages to enlarge the hall space or enclosed some open space and now one of the member is converting his garage into a office premises; are these construction activities allowed by the bye-laws of the Maharashtra cooperative housing society act.
If not allowed, I would appreciate if somebody could enlighten me as to how to stop/object this constructions/conversion of garage into ofiice. Also I would like to which authorities I would have to approach. And the legal procedure.
