Hello,
I own flat in Co-Housing Society in Navi Mumbai. I rent my flat and society is charging 10% Non-Occupancy Charges in every bill. Over and above this, society is now asking for Rs. 5.00 per square feet No-Objection Certificate charges when flat is put on Rent. I rent flat every 11 month. Tenant will be same but I do new agreement every 11 months. Society is asking this money every 11 month. Society board had taken this decision in Annual General Meeting and this information is part of minutes of meeting.
Can i challenge this society board's decision and how?
Please guide me.
