Bought Modem from the company Not working

Dear Sir,

We have purchsed international calling line thro internet thro this company. Two months over after we paid full upfront money they have not sent the right modem and the modem which they have sent is the faulty one.

Many times we have called them and no one is serious. The great thing is it is a Private Limited company.

Kindly can some one who can really help us
