Faulty ATM transaction

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I'm facing a lot of problems due to faulty transaction of ATM's. I Ujjwal, a Salary account holder of your bank from 30th of June, had performed an ATM transaction from Corporation Bank on 24th of November. Due to some problem, the money didn't come out. I withdrew money from other ATM, but I found the money that I had entered for withdrawal from Co-operation bank ATM (Rs. 1000/-) was debited from my account. The same thing happened again, when I tried from Bank of India on 14th of Dec, this time the amount was Rs 1500/-.

When I contacted the customer care representative, they told me I would have to wait for 35 odd days for the money getting credited in my account.

I just wanted to ask you a question, are we really living in a JET AGE, Banks are taking 35 days to credit one's money?

Who is accountable for the trauma that I had to bear, for getting my money locked for 35 long days?

This is sheer carelessness on the banks part. Request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible
