Not delivered

Hi My courier from citibank consisting of my Fee DD was not delivered today by Durga couriers (kalasipalyam-bangalore), the courier guy says he had come home but since it was locked he returned back.

Nobody contacted me through the phone as they say that the bank (Citibank) did not provide my contact number to them.

I have to pay my fees tomorrow and I am helpless. Whom should i contact.

Citibank washing its hand off saying that my DD is dispatched yesterday itseld.

Courier guy say they returned back as nobody was at home and they could not contact me as the bank did not provide my number to them.

I am stuck and I do not have money to pay my college fee.

My courier is now not traceable,

Please help me.
