Wrong delivery of courie

We have sent two DVD's containing our company profile and product video to our representative at UK, through DHL Courier through their air way bill No. 1330548590 on 29.9.2009. The same has to be used at a customer presentation on 2nd Oct'09.

Unfortunately, delivery of a different item containing cloth arrived on this airway bill no. delivered on 1st Oct'09. Lack of the video costed us considerable amount of business of at least GBP10, 000. The

CD's have not been delivered. We need to be compensated for the loss in business due to wrong delivery.
