Delay in grant of disability pension

I am defence pensioner, retired from army wef 31 Jan. I have been granted medical disability element vide PPO No DE/010840 dated 19 Mar and the same PPO has been sent to your office vide ASC Records (S) Bangalore letter No 6385517/Pen/Disb/T-1 dated 09 May but till date the commutation value amounting to Rs 51494/- has not yet been credited in my Saving Bank Account No 20035963177. Please credit the said amount in my above SB account and start granting medical pension to me at your earliest.
