My credit card No.4718630100410603 hard copy of statment of account could not recived from 1509.2008 to till date how can make the payment in time.

Also soft copy of the same credit card could not recived from 16.10.2008 to till date how I know the total outstanding amount due and how much amount you will debit in my account

Please look this matter secessarly
