Dear Sir / Madam,

I have recd a phone from HDFC credit card that you have despatched a credit card to me & requested to use credit card.

Imeediately I have conveyed him that I have not at all applied for credit card any time nor I need credit card. So do not despatch credit card, if despatched, cancel it immediately since I do not applied for it.

Additionally this is conveyed to you to take appropriate action.
