My name under defaulter without documents

Dear Sir

I am Vineeta Arora, and my name has been listed in CIBIL under defaulter of Credit card for some banks.

This is to inform, that i had lost my Personal security documents (pan card, DL) about 3 years back and somebody has misused my papers for credit card applications.

Now i had applied for Auto loan, first time in my life and my name has been listed under defaulters list.

Request you to kindly priovide the bank details for which it is defaulter.

Also suggest me the way forward to get the issues cleared as well.
