Name still in defaulters list even after clearing all my CREDITS

Hi Team,

I was using credit facility from Barclays Bank with credit limit of Rs 15000/- which i used fully but thereafter my bill was genarated for Rs 25000/- though it was not atall acceptable but then also cleared all my disputes with bank, as if now my name is still there in CIBIL defaulters list. Please get it remove ASAP as i applied for PL thrice and every time it got rejected.
