ICICI Prudential Life INS EMI Deducted with out took insuration

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have Preferred credit card holder, since last three month i got ICICI Prudential Life INS EMI in my statement, but i'm not took this INS. I had called customer care, they are not able to solve this issue. I talked to prudential customer care also, they said there is not record for your INS. In our local branch, (Jabalpur Madhya pradesh) no body help me. This is really worst services in your jabalpur branch. Now i very Frustrated, let me know what i have do now?
