Dear Manager,
I got a credit card bill sum of 8274 (approx) against my primary card 4477470344178000 (EMI of ICICI PRUDENTOAL Life Ins). I have not got any call or meet to person about/for ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS in my life. I have not knowledge that I have primary card. I write Email through my internet banking on dated: 02/04, 11/04, 18/04.
I also complain through Service Request. Few are given below:

I concern many time to ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS customer care. They said that there is no any ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS against your mobile no, date of birth or name please concern to credit card department. Credit card department said to concern ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS department for detail.
One day I went to ITO, ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS Branch. They check the record there is no any policy against my name, DOB or mobile no. They also said that to ask about DISPUTE RAISE and DISCHARGE VOUCHERS to credit card department. I ask ICICI credit card department to give me DISPUTE RAISE and DISCHARGE VOUCHERS. ICICI Credit card department unable to give me DISPUTE RAISE and DISCHARGE VOUCHERS. I can not help Credit card department without DISPUTE RAISE and DISCHARGE VOUCHERS.
After that Credit card department said that to ask a written document to ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS that mansion about there is no any ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS against my Name, DOB or Mobile no. I went to near Anand bihar ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS banch and they said that with in 7 days you get document through Mail. But I have not got any document till.
ICICI Credit card department said that you give only Rs700 for cancel the ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS. I unable to give Rs 700 because I have not taken any ICICI PRUDENTOAL LIFE INS in my LIFE. There is a fraud department in ICICI credit card that checks this thing. There is general thing in ICICI credit card department, this type of complain.

What I do?
ICICI bank cut RS 14000 to my account. Is it good thing? There is rule of thumb in ICICI Bank.
On 10-Nov, I again consult to ICICI Credit card department; They take my mobileno and say that they consult to me.
