Use of credit card is above 100? or 500?

I went to PRINCE rationing shop to buy some ration but the seller told me that you should have to buy above 500 rs then only i will swap your card other wise see nex shop.

but i want to buy only of 200 RS, why i should use the card above 500 rs?

i asked him about his shop Number but he was not ready to give i have his shop address mention below:

Prince general store, vishrantwadi, alandi rd pune 15,

near AXIS BANK ATM.

Please look in to the matter and take proactive action on the shop holder.
