Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I had paid Rs.12915 from my standardchartered credit card no:5546232901555952. On 8.10.09 I had called your customer care helpline number and requested for 6 month equal instalment of the above said amount. They had successfully done this for the payment and said me that your Bill will be generated on 29.10.09 and after that I have to pay my first instalment.

On 23.10.09 I came to know that I have to go abroad on Nov 1st for official purpose and so I think that I can pay full amount to SCB i.e Rs.12915. So I had called again to the customer care helpline number and had word with Ms. Shruti and requested her to cancel the EMI option as till my bill has not been generated. The lady frequently hold my number and lastly say that I cannot cancel my EMI else you have to pay all the extra money. After a long discussion she put the call to her Manager. The Manger was so rude and continuos arguing with me, I try to understand my point to him but he was so agitated and hardly ready to listen my word, even he had not tell his name.

If you can check my records, you will find that I had paid all my bills within the time, and as a privilege customers of your bank, I humbly request you to that, still my bill has not been generated, please cancel that EMI and I am ready to pay Rs.12915, without any extra charges as I had not availed the service.
