RESPECTED SIR/ MAM,

I called up to check what is the status of my credit card and why the money is being with drawn from my a/c without notifyng me... i spoke to one advisor ..who was too rude .. name is SHIVA... i kindly requst you to make a note, so ..we can get better customer service..and happy to speak to any customer reprensentive. in future.
