Credit crad with far lower credit limit aspromised

I am alredy having Credit card of HSBC bank of credit limit of Rs.60000.I was told that my credit limit will be Rs.2lakh. Further i was told that billing cycle will be at my choice. I was told that i will get free 100 rupees petrol coupon but not received. On going through the brocher it was there that i have to pay charges on petrol purchase. Looking to the false promises by the bank ido not want to part with such bank and want to return the card. or promises made should be fulfilled. I am a central Government gazetted officer and this limit is mere ajok on me.

I hope atleast you will guide me honestly the procedure to return thecard.
