This is to highlight the ignorance of consumer service attitude at one of you dealers i.e. Cargo Motors which made mine an unexpected experience with a Tata concern.
Detail:
We had got our LP 2515 TC EXL vehicle financed by Sriram Finance from pathankot branch and paid them the margin money and insurance charges also for which they handed over the delivery order (DO) to Cargo motors on 18th April '08. We were told by cargo people then that the vehicle is at the phillaur branch so we can go there and collect it. I along with my father and uncle went to phillaur before which we even had a chat with branch manager in phillaur who told us to come as the vehicle was there. But when we reached philaur and called the same manager there arose the twist in the story. We were told that there is some payment problem from the financer due to which till the time payment is not made they cannot deliver the vehicle. And after regular follow up after two weeks we have got the vehicle after 2 weeks on 7th May '08.
