Ad behaviour and abusive language by your managers over phone

One renewed credit card was sent through your courier service by HDFC Bank Ltd. to my residential address. Your representative went with the card. The previous card of the same bank was shown as the identification proof. The representative denied to deliver the card for the want of photo proof. The card was in the name of my wife. On request over phone at no. 033 40046687 the manager siting over there asked to produce the ration card. The ration card was given at that time to the mate servant for ration pickup. The manager when informed about this started abusing over phone by saying that we are cheat and used slang language upto the extent of mother and sister adverbs. This is not acceptable in any ways and action is expected through this complain. If no action is taken on the subject then being an advocate and a tax paying citizen, I shall be bound to take drastic actions as allowed by law.
