While booking the air tickets through my above said credit card the king fisher air lines wrongly treated our credit card as debit card and processed our billing. As a result two wrong debits taken place for which immediate credits may be given. the total amounts are 25216/-.the matter was informed to customer care on 18.05.2009 and so far they have not reversed the debits.
Also it is to inform that, I shall be making the payment for this month statement only to the extent of actual transaction utilised by me. I cannot be made responsiable / liable for any wrong / excess debit made to my account and for your delayed reversal of the wrong debit.which may kindly be noted.
