I had surrendered credit card from Standard Chartered Bank in 2001. I did not recieve any letter for pending dues at that time. I have come to know that the credit card account still shows the dues outstanding in my account and has affected my credit report in CIBIL.
It is unfair on Credit Information Bureau to not to share information with the person against whom there is information stored. Unless we know what information is stored, how can we clarify or improve our record?
