My name is Prakash Chandra & residing in Delhi since 1970. In March’2000 I was shifted from Railway Colony, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi-21 to Nangloi. The name of my wife and my self are in voter list, however we don’t have Photo ID Cards. We have submitted our Photographs during the last Photo ID Card campaign. I am surprised that our photo column are blank, however my photo is in photo column of Mr. Makan Singh and my wife’s photo is in Ms. Shashi, the both are residing at E-57, Laxmi park, in Draft Electoral Roll.
In above scenario neither my self & my wife nor Mr. Makan Singh & Ms. Shashi are able to Vote.
