IRCTC ONLINE TATKAL BOOKING

! SORRY COMMUNICATION PROBLEM!
Commuters’ everyday are facing this same problem while booking a TATKAL ticket through the online portal.
Even though I was logged on the site prior to 8 AM (I could see there were 201 tickets), while booking the tickets for Bangalore to Howrah it throws the error! SORRY COMMUNICATION PROBLEM! This problem was there until all the available tickets were gone and only WL48 was left for booking. I doubt that out of these 201 tickets, not one got allotted to anyone ;it surely seems to be as if the CRIS system has been compromised.
What I fail to understand that when the ministry of railway is aware of the number of people booking tickets through the TATKAL quota is so high on any given day, why don't they take this into consideration while making any policies and make the CRIS system ROBUST enough.
1stly they have reduced the tatkal reservation period from 2 days to 1 day only which obviously increases the traffic on their system which is common sense.
2ndly, CRIS should be looking into this ISSUE because if their Server is not capable they should look for some viable solutions. I am sure they are well aware of the fact that the no. of people using the site will only increase with time.
This only leads to one conclusion not to depend on TATKAL tickets on IRCTC; go to the agents pay them double the amount and get a ticket (which is not fair to the people who can’t afford). I don’t understand how are these agents able to get the tickets when they don’t have any special privileges. The railways ministry should get to bottom of this that how are these agents bypassing the system. Until then the chances of the common man getting a TATKAL ticket through the IRCTC site is about 0.00000001% (0.00000001 is because I am hoping atleast somebody is being able to book the TATKAL tickets through IRCTC in a legit way)
