No Service Call Recieved Bo Service Done

We have purchased an A/C from Croma last year and as promised by the sales man there will be a service call after one year but no one called us and apart from that we have also requested them to come for Service but no one came would request you to kindly tell some one to call me and then come for the Service of my Window Ac purchased from Croma, I am staying in Lajpat Nagar and my number is 9811908135
