I have purchased a kodak digital camera on 24 august at 5 :27 pm worth rs 8, 223/-only from croma malad link road.when i reached home and started to download the software for capturing video i found the cd was corroupt and my computer didnt installed the software so i called the salesman in croma he advised me to download it from internet but that too failed, next day i went to croma and requested them to pls install the software in my laptop they tried to ddownload it but couldnt they advised me to call kodak off i called them but they said that we cant tell u on phone u have to come to our andheri off, i told them that i cant come to their off as it is far from my place i went to croma ten times now since them i am spinning like a wheel between croma and kodak and since then unable to download the software and videos to my computer. one person name deepak there manager in croma was so rude and unhelpful that i literlly cried... my complaint is on croma that i have purchased good from u then why should i go somewhere elese i know you i have come to your place you should solve my problem you should put pressure on kodak why should i go to kodak off i dont know them pls help and to all pls dont buy anything from croma as after they dont listen to you because they are so big and tied up and no after sales service is there no customer support is there fedup pls help as this is my second bad experience fwith croma, malad.
