I have purchased CROMA microwave oven (20L SOLO - CRM2024) from Infinity Showroom in Malad (E), Mumbai on 21st Feb. On 5th March the Oven stopped functioning and we called back the customer care executives who were themselves unaware abt the contacts of the Servicing dept and finally provided the contact of demo & installation team who in turn redirected us with the correct contact of the repair & servicing team. The technical guy detected that the magnet roll is not functioning so he has to replace the same but wud return after 3 days and there is no contact from him after that. When called the repairs & servicing toll free number the lady Ms. Ramya asked us to wait till afternoon because after which she wud be able to give a proper update on the availability of the magnet roll but no contact from her till yesterday. I am very disappointed with the custome service as well as the product because in case if they are unable to provide me the magnet roll then they shud replace the oven immediately.
