I purchased a split AC, Glen Chimney and fan. The product was to be delivered on 1st July but wasn t delivered. I called Croma on 3rd July to enquire, they said they will deliver next day.
when I called the next day, they said the product was faulty and I needed to purchase another chimney.
I went to buy another chimney but they didn t have another Glen chimney so they promised to refund the money.
I have been following up daily but they refuse to refund my money saying the signing authority is not there.
