We have purchased a water pump on Feb 28 of Crompton Greaves 1/2 H.P Mini IABJ-10490, and its invoice number is 004193, the same is in guarantee period. Since past 25 days we are experiencing the problem in water pump, the pump is not allowing a even a micro mini dust particle due to which it is not giving water, there are around 10-20 pumps installed near my locallity, and they are getting water round the clock so that means there is no problem in water supply. we have lodged the complaint earlier and the engineer came and fixed up the problem, it ran properly, but again after 2 days problem popped up and the same thing happened again, this time when the problem came service centre people M/S Rajesh Electricals 21, Chandralok Towers, Kapoorthala Complex Aliganj Lucknow, Tel 0522-2329956, 6538796 reverted that there is no product default. Now our point is when our Product is in guarantee period its the duty of the service engineer to attend the complaint, as they are saying that there is a problem is water supply so why other pumps are not facing that problem. It is surely a product default and as our product is in guarantee period it is the DUTY of the service engineer to attend the problem, no matter what??? Pls look into the matter and suggest us the suitable solution.
