Improper mainteinance

Hi,

I am staying in this hostel for the past 6 months. There is no security here and not even registered this hostel. Will give only receipt for room rent but we are giving money for food also. Not getting hygenic food, very very worst food. If we go for solving or asking about our issues the management will let us go out of the hostel so nobody is ready to ask. Please help us to rectify our problems.
