Problem with Dish TV

Sub: Regarding restoration of Dish TV service.

Dear Sir,

We are Dishtv connection customers having V C Nos. as follows:

Hostel VC No

Hostel No 1 01505801066

Hostel No 2 01505801065

Hostel No 3 01505389625

Hostel No 4 01505389630

Girls Hostel 01505804581

Dish TV was installed in our hostels by your local dealer Mr Amarjit Singh through company representative Mr Pankaj Sarin of Dish Care Centre, M/s.S.G. Electronic Enterprise. These installations were verified by Mr. Arun Kumar Sales Rep and Mr. Parvish Kumar Service Rep. But now all these dishtv connections are not working, since 23-11 without any prior notice, despite the fact that no changes are made before and after verification of these installations. We had also made a complaint to our local dealer Mr Amarjit Singh regarding the poor service. Please detect & rectify the problem if any, So that we shall get dishtv service without any interruption.
