My phone was have a lot of disturbance in the line i made a computerised complaint on 12-09 (COMPLAINT NO. 401) but instead of it getting repaired it went DEAD on the same day after the lines man calledup to ask if it was working or not. It is now 19-09 i called up Mr. Naresh Khanna - GM office today morning and the lady who attended the ofice assured me that it will be repaired but nothing has happened till now.
