I am Kanan Jolly. i worked with CSC India Pvt ltd from April till Dec. My employee id is 1105457.
In my full & final payment letter I was asked to make a payment of Rs 7965/- approx which I cleared of thru DD whose no is 282521. The payment was cleared from my account.
However, I never received any letter which state No Dues payment. I have spoken to answersindia helpdesk of CSC, but all in vain. As per them they dont provide any such letter. What will be the proof from my end that their is no payment left that I have to clear of.
Just because of fear of legal implication, I made the payment. But now I need a letter from their end which state the same.
