Well till 6 months back, I used to refer Just dial to all my doctor colleagues as I really like their service. But looks like they have grown bigger than their own arm and feel that they can get away with any fraud and cheating. I have been a Just dial member since last 6 years and 3 years back I paid them advance (2 lakhs) for 2 years and took a priority listing in 4 zones. I was told that on calling for these areas, my number will definitely be given to callers. On several occasions I checked and out of the 7 numbers given, I did not figure out in any!! On asking (someone called sulochana and also neelima) I was told that there was some software error, BUt that continued. I had paid 1 lakh for the sms promo servive but cancelled it within 7 days of starting it as we were having problems with our callers. Firstly on repaeatedly calling MR Ajay (someone manager level) it fell on deaf ears to discontinue the service. It took them 2 weeks to implement that. Secondly from last 2 years they are not refunding my money. I have a certificate from just dial saying my so much is pending with them as balance, but then they are not even willing to extend my membership for 1 more year. Now I dont know what to do. The firm CUTIS KLINIC is already closed and Just dial just does not seem to return my money. And I must say that some of the staff, are extremely rude. This is not the way to treat someone who has been your loyal customer for past 6 years. Well I hope the senior people managing this business understand that it does not work in long run if you keep cheating people like that.
