Bus timing

Concerned persons (if any),

I am Srikanth here, I am using bmtc to travel from Basaveswaranagar to Shivaginagar. I use to take Shivaginagar bus which is at 11.10AM from Basaveswaranagar. But problem is I never seen this bus sticked to some particular timing, they are following their own timings and some day it will never appear at all by that timings. First of all bus frequency is at 1hour and whatever the buses coming are not sticking to proper timings. Is it possible to take some actions on this?
