I have booked booked an e-ticket (Tatkal Quota) through my Agent ID
Ref. no. is. 0141215906. Ticket is not booked and the amount i.e. Rs. 1151/- is deducted from my Account.
An e-mail from: [email protected]. is also received in my registered email id
When I take print out of ERS - Booking Status / Current Status/Coach No./Seat No. is not shown in ERS. (Scanned Copy of ERS is also attached).
Then I talked to Ms. Poonam & Mr. Khalil (Cust. Care Executive) at Tel. No. : 011-23340000, they told me that if there is any fault of our system then amount will be revert back to you. First you cancel this this ticket immediately and mail us at [email protected], [email protected] - An automated reply no. is generated and then well will look this matter.
Then I cancel this ticket (The cancellation details is also attached). Amount refund is only Rs. 208.

HOW THIS POSSIBLE?
This is the total loss of my money (i.e. 943/-)
THIS FAULT IS FROM IRCTC SIDE NOT MY SIDE. SO IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
BUT TILL DATE NOT A SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM IRCTC SIDE.
