The cooler was purchased in the month of april the shop named NIHARIKA situated at frazer road patna (bihar), . Regarding the problem the service centre, and the are executive perhaps named mr. Pandey and the shop niharika was contacted but unfortunately the service is still waited. i have requested the service centre send the mechanics so many times but they only a false commitment.
the service of kenstar is very poor. In fure I will never buy any product tagged with this irresponsible company.
