Delay in delivery

Dear all,

Let me know the reason for the delay to deliver the cylinder? Sir, I had booked for cylinder on 05.03.09 but not yet get the cylinder. Whenever i call to shelly Gas Agency, I got no reply almost all the time. If they are not ready to attend the call of a cust, why they give the contact no? My consumer no is10080,

and my contact no 9495482729.Today i called fm 10.00am to 1100am to shelly continiously. So kindly do the needful to deliver the the gas at the earliest and pl advice the person who deal the customer to give more and more attn in this regard. I expect a favorable reply from your side.
