I am a user of Dagar gas. I am facing very serious problem of non-availability and late delivery of gas-refill.. Whenever I try to book my refill on phone, the phone is either engaged, or busy or the number is not in use or by chance the operator picks the phone the reply is our computer is down so we can't give you the booking registration number and the gas cylinder does not come. When I AGAIN TRY TO CONNECT THE AGENCY I HAVE TO FACE THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. Then I have to wait till the company's phone gets connected after 7-10 days. Then again I have to wait for few more days. I BOOKED MY CYLINDER gas connection number 10737 VIA COMPUTERISED BOOKING NUMBER 1260 on 13 jan.2009 but my gas did not come till today. when I asked personlly at the office they replied your gas is not booked .then I again booked it the reg. no. given to me is 3995.
