We are all daily passengers from Malerkotla (Distt. Sangrur) Punjab to Ludhiana (Punjab). We all are working at ludhiana. and we all are the MST Pass holders. When we leave our home at morning then the railway persons told that the train is late by 1 hour/2hours/2.5 hours. But our office works starts from 9.30 am at morning. but the actual train time is 8.20 sharp at malerkotla to ludhiana but the actuly the train reaches late regulary and the railway offical told that they don't have the knowledge where the train is? So we face lots of difficulties. At the moment we write this mail, we are in 2 LJ passenger train which leaves from ludhiana at 7 p.m but infact it is also late by 1.30 hours.
Actual distance is from malekotla to ludhiana is just 45 minutes but the we daily face 3 to 4 hours on this route. and this route is under the two segments of the indian railway division.
1) Ferozepur Division
2) Ambala Division.
Malerkotla Railway station is under Ambala Division and the Ludhiana is under the Ferozepur Division. and the officials said that they haven't knowlege about the train because the train is in ferozepur division but we all people don' t have a knowlege regarding the divisions. So, why the railway department fools us for just say that they dont have the knowledge. Why? Why?
In this route, all the condom diseals powers have run. almost they have failed during our stations. and when we demands the complaint book from the station master as well the TC or Gaurad of the train they said they have not the complaint book.
if these types of problems occures in the future then a strong strike on the tracks as well as all the stations in this route.
So, this is a humble request to you and all the railway divisions, railway ministery to solve our problems by continue the trains at time. So that each and everybody reachs his destination on time.
This is a developing area in which the train is running. But your staff members can't entertain any person politily. So, if you come for a surprise visit or inspection of this route, the seen will be clear about the railway in this route.
We all are requested to visit you personaly at this route and check the problems so that we all reaches at our home timely.
