i am a resident of kharar, distt- mohali. i went to Dashmesh boot house which is in Gandhi bazzar, kharar. i want to purchase shoes which has MRP price Rs 75 but shopkeeper demanded Rs 110.
when i ask about bill. he refused to give me bill.
kindly tell the possible solution.
