Dear Sir,

My Problem still remains unsolved, even after 5 days. I have sent mail twice earlier and this is 3rd mail.

Courtesy demands a reply. Not a single reply nor any confirmation call on the complaint.

Entire Reliance communication is Silent on the problem. Silence is termed as acceptance. So here it is understood that Reliance Communications Ltd is at fault and nor in a position to resolve the issue.

I feel it is very high time I have been waiting for the problem to get resolved, without fault of mine. It is a complete harassment and mental disturbance to me as I am incurring heavy losses on daily basis for non availability of the services from Reliance Communications Ltd due to the problem mentioned in earlier email.

I am forced to approach the consumer court for the complete compensation (Loss of business, mental harassment & tensions) for no fault of mine, from Reliance Communications Ltd end and unable to resolve the problem.

Data Card No: 9346595860 (Post Paid Connection)

I have been using the above mentioned data card number since almost one year as a post paid connection, with unlimited package plan.

I have used the services on 12th Aug.

Since 13th Aug 11.30 pm I am not able to connect on the connection. I contacted the Customer care on *355 at 1st call - 11.54 pm, 2nd call - 12.21am, 3rd call - 01.12 am, 4th call - 01.14 am and I got only one reply, we are unable to check on the details as the systems are down.

Again I called Customer care on 14th Aug on *355 at 04.43 pm & got the update that my connection has been migrated to prepaid account from postpaid account, which came to me as a very big surprise, as I did not give any request to migrate or change, nor received any intimation of the change been done. A Compalint was raised (No 106899609)

I had a very important mail to be sent with the documents to my client wherein we were to get the contract worth Rs. 80.00 lacs INR, which was awarded to somebody else, as the mail required to be sent, did not reach on time, due to non-availability of the internet connection, reason mentioned above.

Again I called Customer care on 14th Aug on *355 at 08.00 pm and requested again to do the needful on priority and restore the services. The Supervisor (Giri Krishnan) & Sr Supervisor (Shiny) discussed and understood the whole matter & assured to forward the compalint to higher authorities and get the same resolved asap, for which I requested them to restore the services atleast for time being.

At 9.35 pm on 14th Aug I received a Invoice (soft copy) through email for the period 10.07.09 to 11.08.09, wherein regularly the invoice copy received by me in past was upto 22nd of every month. The billing cycle has changed after the above mentioned series of events.

When I checked and tried connecting at 12.20 am on 15th Aug again I could not connect. Again contacted Customer care on 14th Aug on *355 at 12.25 am, wherein people are helpless in doing anything further.

Now this is a total harassment, mental torture & loss of huge business to a me for being a reliance customer by Reliance Communications Ltd for no fault of mine.

I request to restore my services and restore the account to postpaid

with the compensation of my business loss due to non-availability of the services by Reliance Communications Ltd. for the harassment, mental torture & loss of huge business to a me in last 24 hours. Or else I will be forced to proceed legally through the consumer court for the lack & negligence of services by Reliance Communications Ltd as the act done by Reliance employees is without my request or consent, nor after doing they have thought it as necessity to intimate the same to me.

One gain I request to do the justice to me, by restoring the services immediately & also compensating me the amount of business loss due to non-availability of the services.
