Data entry work, acme data solutions
I got the installation cd but its not installing

I send sms to the acme datasolution works n they send me the data entry cd when i try to install the cd it installed but when i try to start work on it. Its shows the error dialog box like

oops!

data file doesnot exist.

so i m getting trouble in the software pls help me...
