I have purchase a Datamini LCD Monitor on 31.05.09 .After using the monitor I observed that there is a red dot seen on screen when I see a black back ground picture. I contacted to Datamini Coustomer care Mumbai 022 - 28473782 for the red colour dot visible in LCD Screen and explain that may be one cell is already burn.
They simply say that one to three dot is allowed as per company policy. You have to continue with this dot only.
When I purchased the LCD monitor never it is mention about the policy. And my question that when I purchase a new one then why I should bear with this spot.
