I've dataone net connection with phone no. 0120-2431186 fron last 2 months. from that day on which we started it was worst day. most of the time it does not work. on repeated complaints we receive reply everytime the same answer that we are sending somebody to rectify the probelm but no body appears. hardly 4 or 5 days it works properly and probelms appear.every time 15days minimum taken by staff to rectify. daily we complaint that net is not working and daily we got answer from bsnl that we are sending somebody to rectify. now we complaint on 20 oct. and till date net is not working. what type of this BSNL connecting india. we got tired of this making comlaints and non working of net. this may be last effort to retain this with hope of some positve solutions. otherwise we have to cancel it.
