Sub: Departmental or Hacker Misuse, and billed to me
Much before providing me Dataone Broadband internet service,
it was already heavily in use by some Hacker. BSNL bill for January to me
was abnormally high because of this. When I brought this to their
notice, they do not accept and still send huge bill for March 08
also. I cannot pay for services not used by me, nor, I wish to be
cheated this way by BSNL after creating in me full confidence in
their service. Though I requested for separate Bills for Internet and Telephone
in my application, they have clubbed it and showing arrears.
They should rather compensate me, a senior citizen,
for the torture they have given this way.
