Oard band service not working

To the concern department

i have taken the new telephone connection to use internet services 3 months back.

but after allot the phone it was not working properly from day one, i have given complaint

so many times (concern department can check their records) it works for 2 to 3 days

and it services go off again.

on my telephone internet is not working from last 15 days i have given complaint on telephone numbers 1500, 1504, from 27 july daily, but the concern department pepole still not solve my problem.

so i request the concern department solve my problem as soon as possible
