July month's connection has started some day's ago, some day's the connection was not proper, after complaining the connection is ok... i have used internet for a short period just for browsing purposes, but when i saw the usage detail's they totally different... i had not even started my computer at that time..totally different timings of usage... it is showing i have used sone 24, 000mb... and actually i have used not more than a 100mb..plz reply to this request help me
