After 5 weeks of my application, I still await my Username and Password for my broadband connection

I am a resident of 2165 Sector 46 Gurgaon, Haryana. (Ph No. 0124-2580546)

I had appled for a BSNL Broadband Connection New Phone line in the first week of July.

I have got the modem and other accesories required to access internet.

But I haven't recieved my Username and password for my telephone no: 0124-2580546

I have called the exchange on this number: 0124-2225225 numerous number of times.

Either no one picks up the call or the number is simply busy for hours.

Once or twice I get to talk to them, I have been kept on hold for half-an hour without any outcome.

After 5 weeks of my application, I still await my Username and Password for my broadband connection.
